What Makes a Movie Feel Like Fall?
Some movies just feel like fall to me!
It’s not always about the setting, it’s about the atmosphere. The best fall movies usually have glowing sunsets, cozy sweaters, warm kitchens, or small-town charm. The biggest sign of a fall movie is colorful leaves, a football game, or maybe a scene with steaming mugs of coffee or cider.
But it’s also about the mood. Romantic movies that take place in the city with golden leaves swirling around, family films with heartwarming lessons, or mysteries set in old houses all fit the season perfectly.
Fall movies make you want to slow down, light a candle, and stay in…preferably by a warm fire (although it is 82 degrees right now in Missouri in mid-October!). They’re comfort viewing at its best, whether you’re watching with your kids, your partner, or enjoying a little quiet time to yourself.
