If you haven’t already done so, it’s time to choose your ONE WORD for the year! Have you heard of the concept? A dear friend introduced it to me a couple of years ago.
The idea is to have one word that can apply to multiple, if not all, areas of your life. In contrast, a New Year’s Resolution only targets a small portion of you. FOCUS was my word for the year last year. You can read about that here!
One word can be the guide post for your year:
- How do you want to live each day this year?
- Where will you put your focus as you strive to reach your goals?
- What inspires you?
- What gives you hope for your future?
As you contemplate word options, think about where you are right now in your life. This year will likely be different than the next. Pick a word that fits your now.
