1. Stephen Duneier How to Achieve Your Most Ambitious Goals
Stephen Duneier shows how making small choices each day can eventually help you achieve giant size goals.
After listening to his speech, my mind was racing about how I could break down my big aspirations into manageable steps.
I have a hunch you just might feel the same way.
If you are the kind of person who has lots of ideas, but you aren’t sure how to put them into action, this is meant for you!
2. Amy Cuddy: Your Body Language May Shape Who You Are
Have you heard of the “power pose”?
This talk is perfect for anyone who has even the slightest bit of insecurity.
Seriously, this means everyone!
Amy Cuddy discusses how our body language affects not only how others see us, but how we see ourselves. Plus, she gives specific pointers on how you can adjust your own posture to set you up for success.
After watching this talk, you just might want to stand like Wonder Woman for a few minutes. I have used her advice myself and it truly makes a difference!
Her book Presence. is definitely worth the read as well!
3. Laura Vanderkam: How to Gain Control of Your Free Time
In a world of constant distractions, Laura Vanderkam discusses the fact that we have a choice to fill our time with the things that deserve to be there!
Time is a choice!

4. Simon Sinek: How Great Leaders Inspire Action
Simon Sinek shares how we must convey the “why” to inspire others into action.
Just knowing that something is great will not necessarily make us want to go for it. But, if we have a strong feeling of how it will make us feel differently (the why!), then we are much more inclined to take the leap.
If you are a leader in any aspect OR if you have a business and are hoping to convince someone that your product is worthwhile, take a moment with this TED Talk.
5. Chris Bailey: A More Human Approach to Productivity
If being more productive is something you would like to improve, this is a great TED Talk for you. Chris Bailey makes a point that if we accomplish what we intend to by day end, we are productive.
This will obviously look different for each individual. It will also look different on any given day.
