Tic Tac Toe Valentines Printable is the perfect way to say Happy Valentine's Day.
This fun game is an easy craft and a great way to share a Valentine with a friend. Plus, who doesn't love a little game to pass the time?!
Print the tic tac toe board on white cardstock for extra durability, then cut it out to share.
With just a few simple supplies like card stock, scissors, markers, or pencils, you can create a one-of-a-kind tic tac toe game for two players.
For game pieces, use candy in different colors for X and O. Or, use the included game pieces if you do not have sweet treats available.
Felt pieces or Valentine stickers are other options.
Supplies
These printable games only require a few supplies.
If you are using as Valentine's Day cards for the classroom, you will likely need to package them a bit to create cute Valentines to share with friends at school.
But if you are using them at home with family members, just print and start enjoying the tic tac toe game right away.
In addition to a home printer, you will need the following:
- White cardstock (regular printer paper will work, but isn't as durable)
- Cellophane bags or other clear bags
- Candy in different colors for X and O or use included game pieces for a non-candy Valentine
- Scissors or paper trimmer
- Bag toppers (i.e., ribbon, gift tags, etc.)
Small candy ideas: Tic Tacs (pack of Tic Tac candy for X and O in different colors), Valentine M&M candy, Hershey's Hugs, Sweet Tarts.
These are just a few special treats, but anything would work if you have enough playing pieces.
The first player should have five game pieces, and the second player must have five pieces of another color or shape.
Print and Cut Template

Print the free printable Valentines on your home printer if printing for kids to use at school, be sure to print enough for the entire class to have a playing board.
Then, use scissors or a paper cutter to cut around each little card.
Cut out the game pieces included in this post if you choose not to use a candy treat as game pieces. Be sure to have enough pieces for a second player (player pieces for both people).
Assemble Game Pieces and Printable Cards
