Spring Home Decor Ideas

I’m so ready for spring, aren’t you?  Just the thought of warmer weather makes me want to get out and do something fun!  For good or for bad, warmer weather puts me in the shopping mood.  I’ve been dreaming about lots of things for my home this spring and thought I would share some of my spring home decor ideas with you.

Spring Home Decor Ideas:

We recently updated our deck by adding a roof.  This project was completed in November, so Missouri weather didn’t allow us much time to enjoy it before the temperatures got ridiculously cold.

I cannot wait to get the opportunity spend time out there!  Our back yard faces the west, so this new roof will be a game changer for getting us outside this spring and summer without melting.

Fun Target Finds for Spring:

But, of course with the deck update, I am hoping to get a few new outdoor furniture pieces. Target has some fabulous items that I am excited about this year.  I am leaning toward neutrals, so I can add pops of color with other outdoor accessories such as pillows and potted plants. What do you think?

My new deck can’t get all of the attention!  If you haven’t noticed, I have a bit of a thing for a pretty pillow.  I shared some really fun Christmas pillow ideas with you several months ago.

Getting new pillow covers is a fairly inexpensive way to change out your decor for the seasons.  I use some great inserts that I love and mix up the pillow covers!

When I think of Spring, I think of plants!  I’ve always wanted a fiddle leaf fig.  I really struggle to keep plants alive, so a faux plant may be my best option!  Below are a few faux fiddle leaf figs:
